Getting Started

Moving from iThoughts. Open your iThoughts maps directly: they open read-only, and Edit a Copy saves your changes to a FerventMind copy without touching the original. See Moving From iThoughts.
Unlock Editing. In Settings ▸ Purchase. Opening, reading, presenting and exporting are always free. See Unlock Editing.
Restore purchases. In Settings ▸ Purchase ▸ Restore Purchases, on each device signed in to the same Apple Account. Family Sharing members get the purchase automatically.

Is my data uploaded anywhere? No. Your maps stay on your devices and in your own iCloud Drive. See the Privacy Policy.
Which devices? Mac, iPad and iPhone. One purchase covers all of them.
Can I cancel? Yes, at any time, in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Your maps still open, present and export.
A map looks wrong or won’t open. Please email us; if you can, attach the map, or a copy with anything private removed.
Can I get an earlier version of a map back? Yes: Map ▸ Backups… keeps the last five versions. See Your Library And iCloud.
